Young & Restless preview! Phyllis and Diane engage in a catfight that promises to end with “devastating results”.

Guess the bicentennial eleganza extravaganza doesn’t crash and burn, because Victor and Nikki celebrate a success. Or maybe they’re just cheering the fact that they’ve gone another whole 12 months in a row without breaking up!

Did not know this was in Jill’s job description, but OK. Apparently now, in addition to being a business whirlwind, she’s also a relationship counselor as she works to repair the rift between Devon and Lily.

Michael Mealor (Kyle) is married: See him sweep his new bride off her feet — literally!

Jack is shocked by a party crasher’s arrival at the gala. But who? Does the show have a surprise guest star in store than even we didn’t know about ahead of time?

<p>No one was happier and more moved by the surprise unveiling of the Neil Winters Jazz Lounge than Devon and his sister Lily. Perhaps that’s why he’s all smiles in this wonderful photo.</p>

<p>The gala will prove to be an eventful night for Summer and Kyle, so just as well they were able to find a quiet moment in the new jazz lounge, just the two of them.</p>

<p>How fab is this foursome posed in front of one of the gorgeous jazz-inspired paintings in the new set?</p>

<p>Look at those Abbott siblings yukking it up at the gala with their fun masks! How amazing is it to see them back on the set of the Genoa City Athletic Club?!?</p>

<p>After a bout of self-consciousness about her emerging baby bump, Sally went to the gala with Nick, where they danced the night away in between stolen looks at Adam and Sharon. We’re glad to see the mother-to-be taking a moment to relax in the lounge.</p>

<p>Is anyone having more fun at this bash than Mamie? The maid turned millionaire lived it up at the gala as she reunited with Abbotts and shared a mic drop moment with her old rival Jill. We’re sure she was as thrilled as we were by the GCAC set.</p>

<p>Throwing looks in the jazz lounge is Michael Baldwin, who donated a little of his semi-retirement time to helping organize the catering for the big event. Appropriate then that he’d take a minute to kick back in the lounge dedicated to Neil.</p>

<p>Now, here’s a duo you don’t see everyday. Lily and Phyllis rarely cross paths on <em>Young & Restless</em> — maybe Red was checking in on the hotel she sold Jill’s protege.</p>

<p>The fantastic four! The return of these favorite characters was the icing on the cake of the bicentennial gala.</p>

<p>Leanna Love has spent most of her time at the gala being rebuffed by Genoa City’s elite, but remains undeterred in her determination to find a juicy scoop. We have the feeling she’ll get one by the time all is said and done.</p>

<p>Abby twisted Devon’s arm to get him to attend the gala, knowing the tribute to his dad, Neil, would be unveiled. What a cozy twosome.</p>

<p>As Michael told Nikki and Victor, Lauren took pains to look like absolute perfection at the party. Mission accomplished!</p>

<p>The dashing next generation Abbott has had his hands full at the gala between his parents and his mother-in-law. Phyllis lured Diane to a suite by claiming Kyle was ill. Had he been, a relaxing glass of champagne in the lounge may have been just what the doctor ordered.</p>

<p>Jill had a couple of fun clashes, a nice conversation with her son, <em>and</em> talked a little business at the bicentennial ball. We’re certain she’d declare it a successful outing.</p>

<p>It was a treat indeed to see siblings Gina Roma and Danny Romalotti back in town for Genoa City’s bicentennial bash. We sure hope they’ll sing at some point!</p>

<p>What would a Genoa City event be without the lovely Sharon gracing it? Even better, she was on the arm of a handsome ex. Will the charming and disarming Chance show up and steal her attention away?</p>

<p>Not a dull moment for these kids! Between getting ambushed on the red carpet, pickpocketed, lured to a fight, and announcing their engagement, the gala has been a night to remember… or maybe one to forget!</p>

<p>Putting their mean girl history behind them, <em>Young & Restless</em> faves Traci and Lauren struck a pose in the lounge.</p>

<p>The woman bringing so much drama to Nikki’s extravaganza was looking unbothered in this shot taken in the jazz lounge. Was this before or after the catfight?</p>

<p>How much fun is it to see these three <em>Young & Restless</em> characters back at the GCAC and hamming it up for the camera?</p>

<p>Amanda’s return was important for closure for fans and we loved to see her and Devon onscreen together again, even if they were engaged in confrontation.</p>

<p>Adam gamely attended the gala even knowing he’d be forced to watch the woman he loves (and who is carrying his child) canoodling with his brother. Good thing he had the foresight to invite his gorgeous ex, Sharon, as his date.</p>

<p>On last shot brimming with happy smiles from the set of the GCAC gala! Happy 50th anniversary, <em>Young & Restless</em>!</p>
