CBS soap opera styles viewers loved to see onscreen.

On the October 31 episode of Young and Restless, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) wore a dress that had many Soaps.com readers talking and emailing us to inquire about. Rey and Sharon Halloween Young and RestlessThe actress wore a headband with kitty ears that matched as Sharon went on a Halloween date with Rey at the upscale Grand Phoenix hotel. The sequined chiffon mini-dress was the Aubrielle by Retrofete, which hits mid-thigh and comes in brown/silver sequined and white sequined. We found it on Net-a-Porter for $535, where it explains the style was inspired by the disco era of the 1970s and features a plunging neckline with batwing sleeves. The mini-dress, which is made with a mid-weight non-stretchy fabric that is dry clean only, and has a hook-and-eye closure, is ideally paired with platform sandals with a handbag and drop earrings in complementary metallics. If the price point is a little high, we found a similar style in this gold velvet wrap dress from Macy’s featuring the party-ready metallic look in machine-washable fabric in a more budget-friendly price range.
