Young and Restless alum is excited, tired…and starving.

Update October 2: Young and Restless alum Tatyana Ali took to Instagram to announce the arrival of her second son with husband Dr. Vaughn Rasberry. Soaps.com can reveal that Alejandro Vaughn Rasberry was born on August 15 and the couple decided to keep the news to themselves for a time. Ali told Essence, “Vaughn and I are gushing with joy over the birth of our newest family member. Our sleepless nights are deliriously fun.” They have yet to share a photo of the newborn.

On April 15, Soaps.com reported that The Young and the Restless alum, Tatyana Ali (Roxanne), had revealed through her Instagram account that she is expecting her second child with husband, Dr. Vaughn Rasberry. Ali shared a photo of her baby bump and remarked, “I was on a work trip recently and I thought it was about time I captured my baby bump. We’re so excited! They say every pregnancy is different and they ain’t lying. Phew! I’m exhausted this go round, swirling with emotion and starving, like constantly. Feeling very blessed.” The announcement was followed by a photo of herself and her two year old son, Edward, who was holding a phone and ‘calling’ his baby sister or brother to be. Ali joked in the caption, “‘Who are you calling?’ I asked. He said, ‘the baby in Mama’s tummy’- Already in cahoots.” Soaps.com has the posts below…

The actress, known for her stints as a youngster on Fresh Prince of Bel Air (Ashley Banks) and Sesame Street, played Young and the Restless’ Roxanne, girlfriend to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), from 2007 – 2013. During that time, Ali landed roles on television series such as Love That Girl! and Buppies, and since leaving Young and Restless, she has appeared in numerous TV movies, including The Good Nanny, Wrapped Up in Christmas, and Christmas Everlasting. Her most recent film was Deadly Match, a thriller about a college major who develops her own dating app to pay for college only to wind up connected to a murder. Ali played Professor Savoy in the movie.
