The Young and the Restless actor Daniel Goddard, who plays Cane Ashby, has sold his home in Calabasas for $1.2 million, according to the L.A. Times. The house, built back in 1969, is Spanish-style, and features an entrance with French doors leading in from a courtyard, which contains a fountain and a seating area. The backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining with space for a large table and chairs under the pergola on the patio and a rustic outdoor fireplace.

The house, which is over 2000 square feet, not including the extra room over the garage, boasts a wood-burning fireplace inside as well as beautiful hardwood flooring, and it’s an open concept with high ceilings and space for an office. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white cabinets with glass doors, and a small island with seating for two.

While Goddard recently enjoyed a fun outing on the go-cart track with co-stars Bryton James (Devon Hamilton) and Christel Khalil (Lily Winters Ashby) and their kids, as shared through photos on his Twitter account, his Young and the Restless character has been going through a difficult time as Cane is facing the prospect of a divorce after kissing Victoria (Amelia Heinle), with the twins set to go away to college and Lily wanting to relocate elsewhere for a fresh start after being released from prison.
