“The Young and the Restless’” Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman) and her husband Justin Gaston (ex-Ben Rogers, “Days of our Lives”) have listed their 1,055 square foot home in Studio City, California with realtors Hilton & Hyland. The asking price for the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Colfax Meadows condo, which features a living room with a fireplace and balcony, a dining area, black granite counter tops in the kitchen, complimented by Shaker style cabinetry, is $550,000. Variety reported the couple purchased the condo for $470,000 two years ago.

Ordway and Gaston welcomed a baby girl, Olivia, in May, so it’s possible they are looking for a home with more space and property.
