Actor Wilson Bethel (ex-Ryder, "The Young and the Restless," Wade, "Hart of Dixie") was given creative license by CW to develop a new series that will kick off their digital channel. In an interview with The Insider, Bethel described "Stupid Hype" as, "A 50 minute film that is then broken up into 6 minute episodes." The look of the series is 1990's, and Bethel's character is a Vanilla Ice-type rapper with the sides of his head shaved! "Stupid Hype" will debut on CW's digital channel in September.
