Actor John Driscoll, who played Chance Chancellor on “The Young and the Restless,” proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Beth Nelson, and she’s accepted. John told CBS Soaps In Depth that he decided to propose on a boat trip while in Paris with Beth, who was in the city on business.
