Lawsuit filed.

Actor Shemar Moore, who once played the role of Malcolm Winters on “The Young and the Restless,” has filed a lawsuit with regard to a bike accident in Los Angeles on August 1, 2009. According to Radaronline, Moore filed a suit against Phillip Randall and Florence Rosenthal claiming loss of earnings and medical costs incurred as a result of Randall failing to yield to him while driving Rosenthal’s vehicle. Moore was struck from behind and suffered a broken leg and a cracked rib. Shemar has hired Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, to represent him.
