Young actress Samantha Bailey, who plays cute Summer Newman on The Young and the Restless, is set to appear in the Primetime television series, “Mad Love.” Samantha will play a young Kate on the Monday February 28 episode of the show, which is entitled, “The Kate Gatsby.”
