One Little Meeting Could Be a Very Big Deal for Young & Restless’ Lauren
Last week we reported that The Young and the Restless’ Fen would be making his way back to Genoa City to surprise his mom and dad on Wednesday, January 25, which also happens to be the day when the CBS soap is planning to air a special episode to mark Tracey E. Bregman’s 40 years playing Lauren. As an added treat, viewers will get to meet a newcomer to daytime when Julian Larach appears as Trey, as first reported by Soap Opera Digest.
So, who will be the guy behind the new face?
Trey will be introduced as a Fenmore employee who will take a meeting with Lauren. And since we know that during the episode, Lauren will be honored with an award for her role in the fashion industry, he could very well be her right-hand man for the day, helping her to prepare for the big honor.

The actor has appeared in various roles such as the film House of Temptation, as well as the TV mini-series Chill Girl. And last year, he turned up as Tim in the short Neo’s Cleaning Service, to which he “had a great time working on” and thanked director McFloyd Nguyen for his “great direction.”
It’s always fun watching someone break into daytime for the first time and we look forward to seeing what Larach brings to the role that will play into Lauren’s big celebration!
