Nate Who? Young & Restless’ Imani Has a Whole New Hottie On Her Arm
Daytime viewers are about to see a familiar face during Genoa City’s big upcoming event. The Young and the Restless has cast actor Antione Grant to play the role of Giancarlo — the new hottie that will accompany Imani to the Chancellor-Winters launch party.
He’s no stranger to daytime and has had roles on The Bold and the Beautiful, as well as on General Hospital, and recently revealed that he landed the part of Jordan on Netflix’s Family Reunion.
Imani may not be attending the party alone but you can bet that her focus won’t solely be on her new date. For weeks, Amanda has been warning her sister to stay away from Nate, who is currently in a relationship with Elena. If there’s one thing we know about Imani, she’s a strong woman and doesn’t take well to being told what to do. Plus, she hasn’t exactly hidden her attraction to Nate from him — or Elena for that matter — so Giancarlo will likely pick up on it too.

However, it wouldn’t be a soap if there wasn’t a little temptation thrown Nate’s way, especially since Elena has been so busy with work and Lily and Devon have made him feel as though his opinion in the business doesn’t matter. We can see it now… Elena won’t be able to give Nate her full attention, he’ll get further irked with Lily and Devon, maybe have a few too many cocktails at the party, then decide that the extra attention Imani’s giving him may not be so bad.
