The lead singer of Green Day, Billie Joe Armstrong, shared a video of a Young and Restless scene with Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Summer (Hunter King) taped while watching TV several days ago. In the clip, Armstrong can be heard saying, “I want to be on a soap opera so bad.” In the comment section, Camryn Grimes (Mariah Copeland) posted in all caps, “This is my show I am on it please come back and visit for the love of God *deep inhaling but not in a creepy way*.” So had he visited or was he just watching the scene on TV and pining? Well, a new post appeared yesterday on Armstrong’s account, a photo taken on the Young and Restless set behind-the-scenes.
