Martie Blair as Bella Fisher Young and Restless

Soaps.com has learned that young actress Martie Blair is playing the role of Bella Fisher on The Young and the Restless. She has previously acted in the short films Safe, Turf War, and The Sugar & Bones Club and debuted in the Monday August 26 episode of Young and Restless when she appeared at the Chancellor estate.
