Y&R Kyle Abbott Recast: Lachlan Buchanan Out, Michael Mealor In
Actor Michael Mealor has been cast in the role of The Young and the Restless’ Kyle Abbott. Jack’s son, who has been away working in New York City, was last seen in 2016, and will return home to Genoa City during the week of March 26, when Y&R marks its 45th anniversary. Mealor is new to soap operas, but has previously appeared in television series such as Chasing Life, Supergirl, Fall Into Me, and most recently, Roadies. He also acted in the short films, The Castle and Hotel Chelsea.
