Kelly Sullivan grew up in Washington State where she danced in ballet companies and sang in school choirs. She attended Arizona State University on a full scholarship, where she graduated with honors, and then moved to New York City to pursue acting. Her first Broadway show was “Contact” at the Vivian Beaumont Theater. She was also featured in "Bells Are Ringing" and "Young Frankenstein."

The athletic actress hikes, surfs and rock climbs and has appeared in movies and on TV in series such as "Law & Order: Criminal Intent." Sullivan joined "General Hospital" in September 2011 when she took over the role of Kate Howard from actress Megan Ward. She joined the cast of "The Young and the Restless" in October 2014.

She lives in Santa Monica, CA with her boyfriend and two dogs.
