Thomas Envisions His and Hope’s Runway Triumph — and Liam Extracts a Promise From His Wife
Tuesday, November 1, 2022: Today on The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy gets up to speed on Hope's remark about Thomas, Finn canoodles with his wife, and Justin delivers in a big way.

At Forrester, Hope and Paris work with the model, Petra, in the design office as Hope plans the final line-up for the fashion show. Liam appears in the doorway in time to hear Hope praising Thomas.
More: ‘Thomas’ and ‘Brooke’ behind-the-scenes
In the main office, Steffy’s impressed with Justin’s legal work. He muses that he’s trying to use his powers for good now. He takes the paperwork and heads out as Thomas arrives.
Thomas tells his sister that he and Hope are on fire. Steffy wonders how it’s going with them working together. Thomas says they have the same taste and values, and it shows in the designs. Steffy notes that he seems committed to Hope and her success. “She obviously thinks you’re talented.” Thomas quips, “Talented… and hot!” Steffy smirks. Thomas insists he’s not lying. Steffy mocks him for getting caught in his underwear. Finn arrives and stumbles on the conversation and gets up to speed. Thomas cringes and wants to drop it. Steffy tells him to be thankful it was Finn who walked in — Liam probably wouldn’t be too happy to about it.
In the design office, Paris and Petra file out and Hope tells Liam she’s glad he’s there; she could use a break. He’s so proud of her and wants to support her any way he can. He admits that he feels this preview can’t be over soon enough — he’s felt on the outside looking in with her and Thomas and it’s not a great feeling.
In the main office, Steffy warns Thomas not to get his hopes up where Hope is concerned. He insists he’s focused on his son and the line, but adds that Douglas would like nothing better — he said he wished they could love each other. Steffy fears her brother becoming obsessed and doesn’t want him to go backwards. “Do you really think Hope is going to leave Liam to be with you?” Finn remarks that they even have a kid together. Thomas points out they do too. Steffy repeats her warning and Thomas protests that Hope was the one who said he was hot!
In the design office, Hope informs Liam she can take care of herself. There shouldn’t be anything he’s anxious about when it comes to Thomas. This alarms Liam because they’ve always been anxious about Thomas for damn good reasons. He reminds her of the scene on the rooftop and she snaps that people can change. Liam says that’s what she said the last time he proved he couldn’t change. Hope fumes at her husband to stop. Liam rants that he wants her preview to be successful but look what it’s already cost them — Douglas hasn’t been home in forever and she’s about to spend the weekend with Thomas and their two children and he’s not invited! Hope argues that Douglas wants to have his parents in the same room. Liam rails that Thomas is using the boy to get to her; he can’t understand why she can’t see it! Hope asks what he’d like her to do; she can’t switch out her lead designer — this is the last thing she needs. Liam just doesn’t want her to get hurt or worse. Hope asks him to trust her that nothing bad will happen. Liam can be good with it if she’ll promise that after the preview is over, she’ll try to help him convince Douglas to come home. “Can you promise me that?”
In the main office, Finn kisses Steffy and then tells her that she and Thomas are hilarious the way they bicker. He feels he missed out on the whole sibling thing. Steffy is always looking out for him and tries not to be over-bearing. “He’s been through a lot and I don’t want him to backslide.” Finn says she’s a good sister. She knows, but she couldn’t wait for her brother to leave so she could have alone time with her hot husband. Finn was thinking the same thing.
At Il Giardino, Liam apologizes to Bill for being late; he got caught up at Forrester. Bill guesses he was being a supportive husband. Talk turns to Thomas and Liam says he’s worming his way deeper and deeper into Hope’s life and she doesn’t see it.

In the design office, Hope gives Justin a contract, and then he leaves. Thomas is there and asks her opinion on Petra’s gown. She flirts with Thomas and asks him to go for a drink after the preview. Thomas will probably be tucking his son in, but thanks her for the offer. The model files out and Hope tells Thomas they’ve made a lot of progress, not just on the line but as parents. She sees his progress. “You’ve really grown, not just as an artist but as a father.”
More: Has Thomas already won Hope?
In the main office, Finn and Steffy make out. He wants her to come home with him. They could build a fire and he’ll cook her dinner and rub her shoulders. Steffy would love to but as co-CEO she has to stick around for the preview. They kiss some more. Steffy doesn’t think she’ll have to stick around too long. She marvels at Hope and Thomas getting along and the things the blonde’s been saying about him. Steffy wonders if Liam has any idea.
At Il Giardino, Bill’s irked to hear that Douglas is engineering a weekend with Hope and Thomas together. Liam blames Thomas and says Hope only cares about making her kid happy. Bill thinks this goes beyond that. Liam hopes things will go back to normal after the preview. Bill fumes that there’s nothing normal where Thomas is concerned.
More: B&B’s ‘Finn’ spotted
In the design office, Hope tells Thomas she’s nervous. He’s just excited. Hope feels it’s a pivotal moment for her career. Thomas assures they’re all set — Katie has invited the most influential people and the buzz is good; there’s nothing to worry about. Her vision follows the beautiful woman in front of him. He can see it so clearly — her on the runway, him watching proudly, applause filling the air — it will be one of the greatest moments of our lives. “They’ll love you, Hope. How can they not?” He grins, “Tomorrow, Hope. Tomorrow.” She smiles back nervously.
