Finn Shares a Tearful Reunion With Kelly and Hayes, as Steffy Mourns Her Lost Love

At Forrester Creations, Brooke, Eric and Thomas are stunned as Liam and Hope give them the news that Finn is alive. He’s been through hell, but he is very much alive. They all beam excitedly. Hope and Liam explain they haven’t been able to get a hold of Steffy or Taylor and Ridge to let them know yet. They all marvel that it’s just crazy and do a lot more smiling.

On the Spencer jet, Bill encourages Finn to get some shut-eye, but the doctor is too excited. He recounts that thoughts of Steffy and the kids were all that kept him going during those days with Sheila. Bill figures it must have been torture. Finn enthuses that it won’t be long now until he sees his wife. Bill hands over his phone and urges Finn to try Steffy again. He leaves her another message, “I’m coming to be with you, babe. We’re going to be together again soon, I promise.” Disconnecting, he sighs and looks out the window at the passing clouds.

In Monaco, Taylor and Ridge meet with Steffy’s doctor, who assures them she’s receiving the best care possible. They want to see her, but the woman relays that she doesn’t know where she is. Ridge balks at the idea that she’s missing. The doctor explains that she likes to take time alone to do her healing, so at the moment, she doesn’t know where she has gone.

At a scenic vista, Steffy stands alone, wearing sunglasses and a black dress, and looks out over the water.

At Forrester Creations, Liam and Hope have filled in the others on everything they know. Brooke is grateful that Bill found Li and brought her back to his place. Eric chuckles thinking of how amazing Steffy’s reunion with Finn will be. Liam knows Kelly will flip out. Thomas marvels that when Steffy sees him for the first time, it will be priceless.

On the Spencer jet, Bill decides to try Ridge again and hopes he’ll get through this time.

In their suite, Ridge is irritated to get a call from Bill, but Taylor urges him to answer it. Bill asks if Taylor is with him and Ridge says, “Yes.” Bill makes Ridge put him on speaker and then tells them to brace themselves — he has some unbelievable news. “The best news ever.” Ridge impatiently asks, “What is it?!” They scratch their heads in confusion as Bill relays he’s on his way to Monaco with their son-in-law on his jet. “Finn is alive.” Bill, grinning, says he knows it’s the mother of all shocks and passes the phone to Finn, who says, “Taylor, Ridge, it’s me. I’m alive.” Taylor and Ridge gasp and have to sit down.

Finn tells them that Li kept him alive, Sheila got involved… he’ll explain it all later, but he’s desperate to get in touch with Steffy. Still in gleeful shock, they promise to text him the name of their hotel and to get the kids there, as they don’t know where Steffy is at the moment. Finn disconnects and tells Bill that Steffy wasn’t there, but that won’t stop him — they’ll be together soon.

On the outlook, Steffy removes her glasses and, overcome with emotion, shakes her head and asks, “Why, Finn? Why?”

At Forrester Creations, Liam says his dad’s plane should have landed by now, and Hope squeals at the thought of the happy ending that’s coming. Eric and Thomas marvel at how quickly things can change. Brooke can only imagine how Ridge and Taylor will feel about this.

In their suite, Ridge and Taylor are beyond themselves at the idea that Finn is alive. There’s a knock on the door — it’s Finn and Bill. Ridge, overcome, pulls Finn into a bear hug and his son-in-law tears up. Taylor hugs him next. Bill announces he’ll leave them alone to celebrate. Finn thanks him and he tells the doctor no thanks are necessary. Bill turns to go, but Ridge stops him. “Thank you, Bill. I’m in your debt.” Bill is just glad he could help.

After Bill leaves, Finn promises to answer all of Taylor and Ridge’s questions, but he needs to see his family. They don’t know where Steffy is, but the kids are around. Another knock comes at the door and Ridge answers it — it’s the kids. Finn is joyfully reunited with Kelly and Hayes.

At the outlook, Steffy opens her locket, which contains photos of her and Finn, and the kids. She looks sad and despondent.

In the suite, Taylor has put Hayes for a nap and Finn tells Kelly he missed her like crazy. She asks, “Don’t ever go away again, promise?” Finn pinky promises. She asks why mommy isn’t there. Finn has to go get her. Taylor assures the girl he’ll be right back. Finn tells Kelly when they return, they’ll be a family again. Kelly hugs him around the neck. Finn asks to borrow a phone and then leaves to go find Steffy.

At Forrester Creations, Hope, Liam, Thomas and Brooke discuss how happy everyone will be there and at the hospital when the news gets out that Finn’s alive. Eric knows he’ll need time with his family. Brooke gushes that it’s an unbelievable blessing in so many ways.

In the suite, Taylor and Ridge hang out with Kelly as she draws pictures of her family. Ridge recaps that they’ll be a family again, just as soon as mommy and daddy find each other.
