Is Steffy or Hope right when it comes to Douglas?

In Friday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy worried Hope is becoming obsessed with being Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) mother. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) could be right considering Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is trying to con Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), who offered her a sleazy deal in exchange for letting her adopt his son.
