Bold and the Beautiful alum and wife close a chapter in their lives.

Former Bold and the Beautiful actor Ronn Moss (Ridge Forrester) and his wife Devin DeVasquez have decided to put their beautiful custom one of a kind Lake Arrowhead home up for auction on November 14. It is a three-level lodge located at 101 Cedar Ridge Drive, Lake Arrowhead, California. Soaps.com can share that the home was custom built by John Buhler who drew on Aspen, Colorado for influence. It’s constructed with real cedar cut down from the property. Inside one will find custom beams, floors and carvings throughout. The home also comes fully furnished. It’s located in the gated Cedar Ridge Estates on a 1.24-acre lot. The home has five bedrooms, three full baths, one three-quarter bath, three fireplaces, a piano, a generator, well water, and comes with lake and boat rights. The house also features sweeping staircases, standing tubs, a bar, a kitchen with an island and a built-in gas stove. The house has a three-door garage, two levels of multi-tiered balconies and a patio area complete with a grilling station on the ground level. The view from the home includes the local mountains and trees with sunset views described as breathtaking. The home will go up for auction on November 14, but the couple is taking offers beforehand and one they deem acceptable will be accepted prior to the auction. The starting auction price is set at one million dollars. DeVasquez joked on her blog that her husband may even throw in his beloved Porsche Panamera to sweeten the deal. Recently Ronn Moss and Devin DeVasquez renewed their vows in Italy in celebration of their tenth anniversary. The couple recently returned home after six months in Italy where Ronn Moss worked on his film Surprise Trip as well as performed in concert with several orchestras. On their website, Devasquez explains their choice to put their home up for sale. “As we get older, a desire for a more simplistic life becomes a priority. We want less things to deal with and more freedom to enjoy our lives. I have become disenchanted with home repairs, tenant complaints, property taxes and all the things that go into owning real estate. I want to change our lives so that we have no ties and more room to spend time as we have been doing in various countries. I also believe change is good and helps the universe guide you to greater things. Ronn performing with a 50 piece symphony orchestra was getting him out of his comfort zone and into a new and exciting adventure that seems to be growing rapidly.” She also revealed that Moss is making a return to his band Player. “Ronn is looking forward to finally rehearsing Ronn Moss’ Player and debuting them soon.”
