They’re hired.

The Bold and the Beautiful‘s executive producer and head writer, Bradley Bell, confirmed to TV Guide that the show went down to L.A.’s Skid Row and hired 25 homeless people to appear in Stephanie’s storyline. They will appear on October 28 and 29. Brad has also hired an additional 30 homeless citizens as extras. This storyline is expected to go into the holiday season. As part of the story, Susan Flannery as Stephanie will interview homeless people on the street and ask, “Why are you homeless?” Greater understanding of their plight is the goal.
