Bold & Beautiful Drops ‘Corntastic’ Casting News

Next week, viewers are going to see a couple of new, but possibly familiar, faces on The Bold and the Beautiful. In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, the magazine is reporting that celebrity chef and Los Angeles-based master pizzaioli (the craft of making pizza), Daniele Uditi, will be in scenes with Deacon at Il Giardino on Wednesday, May 3.

“Deacon is very grateful that this is the guy who sold him Il Giardino,” Sean Kanan stated. “It was great speaking Italian with him, I loved working with him.”

But that’s not all… Deacon could be adding a few side dishes to his menu — and maybe a few variations on how to serve corn. Seven-year-old Tariq Logan, known on the internet as “Corn Kid,” will also be turning up on the CBS soap as Orville, Uditi’s grandson, on Wednesday, May 3, as well as on Thursday, May 4.

So, who is ‘Corn Kid’ and how did he get the nickname? Logan’s love of corn went viral in August 2022 when he shared just how much he loves corn. So much so, that a month later the little cutie was deemed South Dakota’s official corn-bassador by Governor Kristi Noem.
