Though Rena Sofer’s exit from The Bold and the Beautiful is bad news for “Quarter” shippers, Lawrence Saint-Victor’s fans can rest easy: He’s not going anywhere.

When Quinn’s portrayer shared photos from her goodbye party on the set, her leading man Instagrammed that “I’m so bessed to have worked with you. Thank you for your talent, your desire and your friendship.”

“I was the blessed one!” Sofer replied. “And I will miss you as well, but I hope you will be keeping my old dressing room safe for me!”

The actress needn’t have worried. The hunk who plays Carter would indeed watch over her old stomping grounds. “I will make it happen,” he promised.

In other words, even after Sofer has left the building, Saint-Victor will still be there. So… whew.

Of course with Quinn soon to be off the canvas, that means that poor, lovelorn Carter will have to begin anew his search for a lasting relationship. Perhaps the show will revisit his flirtation with Heather Tom’s much-missed Katie. Or maybe it will bring back Maya, with whom Carter once threw sparks galore.

Mind you, if the show were to go that route, it would have to be without Karla Mosley in the role. Here, she explains to why she thinks Maya should be turned loose once again but with a new portrayer.
