Does Bold & Beautiful Leading Man’s New Role Mean a Love Triangle Is About to Get Deconstructed?
As news began to spread that Delon de Metz had been cast in an NBC pilot, fans of The Bold and the Beautiful naturally started to wonder: Does this mean that Zende’s going to leave town when he learns that he’s well and truly lost Paris to Carter?
In a word, no. In fact, Soaps.com hears that the actor’s work on onetime Hardy Boy Shaun Cassidy’s Unbroken won’t even affect his daytime role.

So, what is the proposed new show? Per our sister site Deadline, which weirdly seems to go out of its way to avoid mentioning that de Metz is a regular on the internationally popular CBS sudser, Unbroken follows along as “three dynastic ranch families on the central coast of California make love and war in a passionate struggle to survive, ultimately setting the stage for a group of fiercely determined young women to win big for all at the National Championship of Rodeo.”
Where does de Metz fit in? He plays Cole, the hottie who runs the trail-riding operation at the ranch and, from the sound of it, can’t help but wonder if he’s family or staff.
What do you think, readers? Does Unbroken sound like the next Yellowstone? Will you follow de Metz to it if NBC green-lights the series? On your way to the comments, stop off at our brand-new photo gallery containing 75 of the most eye-popping pics ever taken of many of our daytime faves.
