Biography

Don was born Donald Feinberg in New York City in 1962, but grew up in Los Angeles. Don came from a close-knit family and is the youngest of four children. He excelled academically in high school and was a star athlete. When Don attended college, he studied with renowned acting coach Nina Foch, and soon after was signed by an agent. He began using his mother's maiden name, Diamont, when he began his career. Modeling gave him a start, and soon he was cast on the Daytime drama series Days of Our Lives as Carlo Forenza.

Don has worked in numerous Primetime series, such as "Diagnosis Murder" and "The Fall Guy", as well as having landed film work in such movies as "A Low Down Dirty Shame" and "Anger Management".

Don is actively involved with Multiple Sclerosis, a cause that became close to his heart since his niece Alyssa was diagnosed with the illness. Don was the recipient of the 2001 Ambassador of the Year Award in recognition of his efforts on behalf of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Don was formerly married to Rachel Braun, with whom he had four sons, Lauren, Sasha, Alexander and Luca. He is currently married to Cindy Ambuehl and they have twin sons, Anton and Davis. In his leisure time, Don enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as cycling and playing basketball.
