We would like to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused Soaps.com visitors today. Soaps.com experienced some unexpected downtime this morning from 3:30am – 6:00pm EST. We tracked the problem down to an issue with the hard drive on our server. The staff at the data center has been frantically working hard all morning to get a new hard drive in. The problem has been solved and procedures have been put in place to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.

Update: We are still having a few technical issues so please bear with us. We’re so sorry and we miss you all!!

The updates are either posted already, or you’ll slowly see them in well before 12am!

UPDATE MONDAY APRIL 16: 9:57pm ET: Thank you all for hanging in there with us. We are still experiencing some issues but our programmers and system administrators are focused on getting the issues resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you will stick it out with us while we correct the issue! Tonight we should have new servers up and hopefully by tomorrow we’ll be better than ever!
