Characters in Quarantine: How Would Your Faves Fare?

After weeks (and weeks!) in quarantine, we know all too well how we’re spending our days: watching our shows (repeats or not), calculating exactly how much longer our wine supply will last and trying to figure out which T-shirt to cut into a face mask next. But how, Soaps.com wondered, would our favorite characters fare in isolation?

Somehow, we just couldn’t picture The Young and the Restless’ omnipotent Victor Newman or The Bold and the Beautiful’s calculating Quinn Forrester reorganizing their spice racks and questioning (as we have) why on earth there’s so much paprika. Neither could we imagine Days of Our Lives’ incorrigible Xander Kiriakis whiling away the hours painting watercolors and listening to Enya or General Hospital made man Sonny Corinthos spending his days playing checkers with daughter Avery when he isn’t on diaper duty for little Donna.

No, we pictured these larger-than-life characters and a selection of their daytime contemporaries killing time in altogether different ways, from reconnecting with a lost love to taking great pains to social-distance from a spouse they wish would get lost, from plotting supernatural revenge on a nemesis to cyber-stalking a stranger with an extremely familiar face.
