Daytime actors say goodbye to 2019, look forward to what’s ahead.

The end of 2019 also marked the end of the decade, which prompted a lot of introspection from soap opera actors on social media. noticed a trend in actors from The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital and The Young and the Restless posting a top nine photos of 2019 collage, along with reflecting on the past decade and looking forward to what’s to come.

The Bold and the Beautiful

Kiara Barnes (Zoe Buckingham) shared the many lessons she’s learned this year including, “You don’t need someone else’s validation/permission to pursue a dream YOU’VE dreamt.” While Rena Sofer (Quinn Forrester) spent Christmas in Finland with her family, they traveled to Russia to ring in the new decade. Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter Walton) noted his year of ups, downs, and growth and wished everyone a “blessed 2020!!!”

Days of our Lives

Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera) expressed her gratitude for 2019 in her post stating, “What an amazing year! Thank you for all your love and support! Wishing you all a Happy, Healthy, abundant New Year!” Stephen Nichols (Steve Johnson/Stefano DiMera) shared a video of his New Year’s celebration with fellow partygoers, including his wife Lisa, the moment it struck midnight. Mary Beth Evans (Kayla Brady) wished her followers a Happy New Year with a cute photo of her grandson helping her in the garden along with the caption, “Dreams really do come true!”

General Hospital

Sofia Mattsson (Sasha Gilmore) rang in 2020 in France, “Love walking around beautiful and historic Paris while reflecting on the year that’s been, and setting new goals for the year to come.” Briana Nicole Henry (Jordan Ashford) touched on her decade full of discovery, passion, healing, and forgiveness. Tamara Braun (Kim Nero) wished everyone “love, positivity and good health.”

The Young and the Restless

Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe Mitchell) reflected on her “incredible” year and looked to the future with her new husband, “Here’s to an exciting new decade with lots of new adventures headed our way!” Sasha Calle posted, “Thank you isn’t enough to express what I feel. I love you. 2020, I’m happy to see you. Let’s keep growing.” Mel Ordway (Abby Newman) marveled over her past decade of meeting and marrying Justin Gaston (ex-Ben Rogers, Days of our Lives), working on The Young and the Restless and becoming a mother.

“Stop and give yourself permission to know what it feels like to be proud of yourself.”- words from a wise friend. This year was full of lessons and blessings. I am grateful for all that I’ve learned and how much I’ve grown. I’ve chosen to enjoy life and believe in myself. Believe I’m worthy to receive good things. Worthy to expand my horizons. The biggest lesson I’ve learned this year is this: You don’t need someone else’s validation/permission to pursue a dream YOU’VE dreamt. This is YOU’RE life. You are capable of success beyond measures. Believe that, so you can naturally become that. Happy New Years Eve everyone! Thank you all for your continuous support on my journey. Sending you all many blessings into the New Year! Cheers!🎊✨🎉💜#newyearseve #2020

Looking back on 2019 I just feel so grateful. So many of my babies came to life. Of course my human one which honestly I didn’t know the meaning of life until she came into this world. ▪️From Friend To Fiancée aired on @hallmarkchannel and @schearthome ▪️We launched @madisoncharlesoils ▪️I filmed A Very Corgi Christmas with some of my favorite people in the world and it came out just in time for Christmas ▪️Home Is Where The Killer Is premiered on @netflix ▪️My Whole heart @everleighjolie was born ▪️ @chanceypantsbrooks came into the world. ▪️need to mention losing Maddy after 17 years and Charlie after 15 and my heart will never be the same. All in all I’m so grateful to be able to do what I love and share it with you guys. Happy New Year!! What are some of your 2020 goals? Personally and professionally? #newyearseve

This decade was full of a lot things. New discoveries, new developed passion for what I want to do with my life, the beginning of friendships I hope I have forever, wandering through my depression, healing parts of myself that needed attention and love. Forgiving, lots of forgiving. Lots of self reflection, lots tears, but also a helluva lot of beautiful memories. I really discovered more of my heart these last ten years. I’d like to believe all that healing has made space for all new kinds of life to breath itself into my world. And, because life is beautiful like that, I’m going into this next decade with the person I want to spend my life with. I’m grateful to be here. I think it’s going to be one of the most profound decades of my life. Happy New Year, to all of you. I hope you love yourself and your life more than you ever could have imagined 10 years ago.

Swipe for some of my favorite #2019 moments 💯 My most favorite moment by far was the birth of our gorgeous daughter #valentinaashley on #February14th She is the most precious gift 🎁 I enjoyed being featured in @soapdigest Magazine regarding Valentina’s birth & my current endeavors. I also loved modeling for @momperromper this year & @fashionandfairytalesboutique 💃🏻 I was thrilled to be asked just months after giving birth ☺️ We had some milestones too with “Buddy” starting #preschool & #Gabriellalyn graduating preschool & moving on to #kindergarten 😭 Traveling was fun too; like when we took the kiddos to #disneyland when Tina was just a couple months old 🙌 We loved #christening Valentina in #SanDiego with family & friends there to support us 🙏🏻 @anthonyjtesoro & I celebrated #18yearsofmarriage & I was so excited to announce my run for @mrsnevadaamerica in June 2020! I can’t wait for next year & all it has in store; & I’m so very thankful for all the #blessings in #2019 ♥️ #topnine #topten #thankful @lifeisforlivingtv

To many more “PICTURE SPOTS” like this one in 2020. 💯❤️🙏🏽. 2019 was a year filled with great moments but it also had its bad. I feel like this is something we all know but have so much trouble understanding. We think we know but we don’t and it’s exactly that which we need to understand to truly appreciate the existence of everyone and every thing we are in the presence of so that we can truly appreciate it all. 🥂 cheers to appreciating LIFE and to OUR HEATLH ❤️ May 2020 bring us all many moments filled with love and ecstasy but most importantly, may we all strive to be a better version of ourselves each day so that we can make our tomorrows better than today ❤️ Feliz Año Nuevo mi gente ! #AlrightAlright I want to dedicate 2020 to Leslie, Fiorella & Carlos, three incredibly beautiful people who physically left us this past year but I know are with us in every step we take and are smiling from above knowing that we are carrying on their legacies ❤️🙏🏽💯

As I look forward in faith with love, I simultaneously feel an infinite amount of gratitude for life thus far. . One particular magic moment of 2019 was getting to share the triumphant story of @AmberleySnyder with the world in the @Netflixfilm #WalkRideRodeo . I not only had the pleasure of portraying a role in this incredibly inspiring film, but also the infinite joy of being the vocalist & co-writer of this song with Amberley & @demolitionmusic . The track is featured at the end of the film when Amberly, played by the talented & lovely @SpencerLocke has her first of many big moments of triumph. The film’s consistent theme focuses on continuing onward courageously when faced with adversity. . @AmberleySnyder is a true American Hero & I’m honored to be a part of sharing her story. If you haven’t already, check out #WalkRideRodeo on #netflix . My hope is that it fills you with inspiration for the New Year. Love, Max

2010-2019 brought monumental experiences and memories that undoubtedly made me who I am today. My “Growing up” decade wasn’t always easy, but the people I met and memories I made along the way made the journey well worth it. I developed relationships that will withstand the test of time. In the end, it was a damn good ride. This man is one of the best things that came out of the last decade🥰.. I’m very thankful for my family, friends and pups in my life that made the last several years and transition into the new year/decade easeful and filled with great energy. I can’t wait to see the memories we all make this year! I vow this year/decade to be even more present, loving, connected, healthy, creative and deeply happy. Happy New Year everyone!! 🥂❤️✨ #2020vision
