Soap Stars’ Mother’s Day Photos Filled With Love and Appreciation

Soaps.com hopes our readers had a wonderful Mother’s Day celebrating with their family on Sunday May 12. The holiday is a time to honor motherhood and maternal bonds in general and is commemorated during various months throughout the world, most notably in March and May. The holiday originated in the early 20th century and was inspired by American Civil War era social activist and community organizer Ann Maria Reeves Jarvis. Her daughter, Anna Marie Jarvis, is said to be the founder of Mother’s Day in the United States, which over the years has become very commercialized. Soap opera stars from Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital and Young and the Restless shared photos, videos and messages of their mothers, mothers of their children and special women who they’ve looked up to.

Karla Mosley (Maya Forrester) posted a slider of photos, from her pregnancy, to the birth of her child, followed by captures of her family and stated, “#Motherhood #mothersday #itscomplicated Am I right? So grateful for my #Tribe. For all my Mother’s Days as an #Aunt as a #SisterFriend as a part of the #village. And, today, as a #mom.” Newcomer Denise Richards (Shauna Fulton) sent a special thank you to her father, “Thank you my dad Irv @irving.richards for coming up to celebrate Mother’s Day… always bittersweet missing my mom so much. Love you dad… thanks for being here! And my hubby @aaronwilliamcameron for the delicious dinner.”

Thia Megia (Haley Chen) shared a few photos with her mom and expressed, “Mom ✨ My superwoman who brings me back home anytime I hear her voice on the other line and never fails to pick me up, even from hundreds of miles away. Thank you for picking me !!! 💕🌸🙏🏻 #mothersday2019 #MyBabies,” then went on to share a photo of her mom, Betty, who passed away last year. “Happy Mother’s Day You Beautiful Soul💕” Ingo Rademacher (Jax Jacks) expressed his love with a photo of his wife and kids and simply said, “Happy Mother’s Day to my everything.”
