B&B, Days, GH and Y&R actors express their love.

Valentine’s Day kicked off in full swing on February 14, and hopes everyone who celebrates enjoys time with the ones they love, friends, family and even their furry pals. During a holiday where over thirty-some million boxes of chocolates are sold, as well as the second-best selling season for cards (trailing Christmas), not to mention the billions (yes, billions!) spent on flowers, many took to social media to share their celebrations, including the soap opera stars.

Whether you sent or received candy and roses – the most searched flower on V-Day followed by the Iris – and yes, ladies, it’s okay to send them to yourselves as do anywhere from 13 % to 18% of women, let’s take a look at how the current and past stars of daytime television spent the day.

My forever Valentine ❤️❤️ There’s no one on earth I’d rather do life with than Jason Wayne. This man believes in all my wild dreams, calls orphans his own, and loves Jesus more than anyone. He’s the only #Valentines I’ve ever had, but the holiday has always been my favorite, because it’s not about romance for me, it’s a holiday about love and kindness. Remember in elementary school when all the bullies still had to give their victims a Valentine that said something nice? It was the one day everyone was at peace, and we had pizza and cupcakes and crafts galore. The one day all school year long everyone got along. And that’s why it’s my favorite holiday. Single, dating, or married, I hope this #ValentinesDay you feel loved beyond measure, because you are ❤️
