Casting news for the month of October and beyond.

October’s comings and goings on included the host of Let’s Make a Deal joining The Bold and the Beautiful, a number of actors are set to depart Days of our Lives, a recently departed actor is making a special return to General Hospital, and an actress took her final bow on The Young and the Restless.

The Bold and the Beautiful

Gabriel Sporman is playing Steffy and Liam’s daughter Kelly on B&B. Robin Givens made another appearance as Dr. Phillips. Maile Brady, daughter of Let’s Make a Deal host Wayne Brady played Tiffany, a friend of Emma’s. Maile Brady’s father Wayne is set to take on the role of Dr. Buckingham, the father of Zoe (Kiara Barnes). Obba Babatunde and Anna Maria Horsford will return as Julius and Vivienne Avant, and Patrika Darbo is bringing Shirley Spectra back. Danny Woodburn returns as IT guru Ken and Todd McKee is going to be making another appearance as Jake Maclaine. Days of our Lives

On Days, Trey Baxter appeared as a mystery patient who Kristen was caring for. Arianne Zucker returned as Nicole Walker, and Paul Telfer as Xander Kiriakis for several episodes. Linsey Godfrey debuted as Sarah Horton, daughter of Maggie. Judith Chapman returned to the role of Anjelica Deveraux for the Days Halloween episode, which featured William Utay as Dr. Rolfe and Thaao Penghlis as Andre DiMera. A number of actors are set to depart, including Alison Sweeney who wraps up her return as Sami Brady, and Stacy Haiduk as Kristen DiMera/Susan Bank. Bryan Dattilo is leaving his role of Lucas Horton, while Marci Miller also bids Salem farewell as Abigail DiMera. Kate Mansi’s return date in the role of Abigail has been announced. Matt Ashford will return as Jack Deveraux, and Kassie DePaiva (Eve) returns around the same time as him after departing temporarily at the end of October. General Hospital

Chloe Lanier made a brief return to GH as Nelle Benson, and is slated for another return. Dominic Zamprogna is returning for a short visit as Dante Falconeri, who departed Port Charles earlier in the summer. Aaron Bradshaw took over the role of Leo Falconeri, son of Olivia and Julian. Antoine Grant has been cast in a mystery role. Kelly Thiebaud returned as Britt Westbourne, aka “The Britch.” And Patricia Bethune brought back Mary Pat one last time. Young and the Restless

Robert Adamson returned to Y&R as Noah Newman for the wedding of Nick and Sharon. Eileen Davidson said goodbye to Genoa City when Ashley Abbott left town. Before she left flashbacks showcased the Abbott family during the 1970s. Cathy Marks once again played a young Dina, Jonathan Stoddard was back to portray John Abbot, Graham Taylor returned as the young Jack Abbot, Julia D’Arcy Badinger was a young Ashley Abbott and Valentina Sky Gordon played young Traci Abbott. Kate Linder revealed she would be back on screen as Esther Valentine, and Kelly Kruger is making another return as Mackenzie. Noemi Gonzalez joins the soap as Mia, the wife of Rey Rosales.
