The year is winding down and the holiday season is right around the corner. Soaps.com has some programming alerts for Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital and Young and the Restless during Thanksgiving week, which includes Black Friday scheduling notes as well. The ABC, CBS and NBC pre-emptions go as follows…

Thursday November 22:

The Bold and the Beautiful will not be seen today. In its place, CBS will air NFL coverage of the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions football game.

Days of our Lives will not be seen today, due to the National Dog Show.

General Hospital will air an encore of its November 27, 2000 episode on ABC. During Sonny and Carly’s (played then by Sarah Brown) first Thanksgiving together… Sonny has to deal with Laura before returning home to an upset Carly. Once home, Sonny comforts Carly and toasts to her partnership in Deception.

Young and the Restless will not air a new episode today.

Friday November 23:

The Bold and the Beautiful will not air today, due to the CBS Sports Spectacular (Eastern and Central Time Zones) and NCAA Football: SEC (Pacific Time Zone).

Days of our Lives will be pre-empted for NHL Hockey.

General Hospital will not be seen due to a national pre-emption. Sports coverage will air in its place.
