Soap stars to walk for children’s brain tumor foundation
“Days” star and former “OLTL” star participating in annual LA Walk for Neurofibromatosis.
On October 22, “Days of our Lives” star Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe Lane) and former “One Life to Life” star Josh Kelly (Cutter Wentworth) will join Jesse McCartney and Brendan Robinson (“Pretty Little Liars”) Robert Romanus (“Fast Times at Ridgemont High”) and Carly Hughes (“American Housewife”) for the Children’s Tumor Foundation’s LA Walk for Neurofibromatosis (NF). Neurofibromatosis is a genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow throughout the body on nerves.
Taking place on the CBS Studio Center lot, hundreds are expected to participate to raise research funds in hopes of finding a cure. The day promises to be fun filled, featuring a kids carnival, Rocco’s Pizza, PLB Coffee, face painting, with more events to be added. After the walk, participants can bid on the chance to sing with their favorite celebrity during the Glow in The Dark Afterparty featuring celebrity karaoke.
The LA Walk for Neurofibromatosis will take place at the CBS Studio Center, 424 Radford Avenue, Studio City, CA.
Registration opens at 4:30 PM and the walk begins at 6:00 PM; the Glow in The Dark Afterparty is 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Walk tickets are $25 and various auction bids for karaoke with celebrities are available. Register on the Childen’s Tumor Foundation’s LA NF Glow Walk fundraising page.
