Justin Baldoni returns for season two of Jane the Virgin.
Premiere date announced! Justin Baldoni appeared on "The Bold and the Beautiful" (ex-Graham Darros, 2010) and "The Young and the Restless" (ex-Ben, 2004) before hitting the big-time as Rafael Solano and playing opposite Gina Rodriguez (ex-Beverly, "B&B") in the CW series "Jane the Virgin." Terrence Evans dead at 81.
Veteran actor Terrence Evans passed away at the age of 81 on Friday August 7 in Burbank, California. Daytime fans may recall his appearance on "Days of our Lives" in 1989 where he played Irwin Stubbs for fourteen episodes and hired Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy) to work in his diner. Evans was also known for his film and primetime roles in "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine," "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" films, "Cold Case" and "Las Vegas," with a recent appearance in "Bigfoot the Movie" as Uncle Edgar. Nadia Bjorlin teams up with Alicia Minshew in This is Now.
A former soap star is joining forces with an "All My Children" fan favorite. Nadia Bjorlin recently returned to Days as Chloe and has also been cast in the upcoming 2016 movie "This is Now." Along with "All My Children's" Alicia Minshew (ex-Kendall Hart Slater, 2002 to 2013), the story follows a down on his luck actor who returns to his hometown and tries to recreate past high school memories in order to help his terminally ill childhood best friend. Bjorlin plays Priscilla with Minshew as Lorraine.
Shelley Hennig in Summer of 8.
Former "Days of our Lives" actress, who played Stephanie Johnson from 2007 to 2011, Shelley Hennig appeared in Scout and will turn up next in "Summer of 8," previously titled "Still Life." Also starring Natalie Hall ("All My Children's" ex-Colby Chandler), Hennig will play Lily as a group of close friends spend their last day before college together at the beach. The actress also plays Malia Tate on MTV's "Teen Wolf," which airs Mondays at 10:00 PM.

Erin Chambers stars in Satan Returns.
Erin Chambers has had several daytime roles over the years, including four years on "Days of our Lives" as Lacey Hansen (2004 to 2008), as "General Hospital's" Siobhan McKenna (2010 to 2011) and as Melanie Daniels on "The Young and the Restless" (2013). Her latest project "Satan Returns," with the cast pictured below, is in post-production, which also stars Nicholle Tom, sister of Heather Tom ("B&B's" Katie Spencer, "Y&R's" ex-Victoria Newman) and David Tom ("Y&R's" ex-Billy Abbott, "All My Children" and "One Life to Live's" ex-Paul Cramer). Chambers plays Sienna, as a group of friends reunite with two others for a wedding, only to find one of them brings an ex-con as their guest. The presence of the stranger forces all involved to re-examine their life choices. Most recently the actress has guest-starred as Hillary in MTV's "Finding Carter."

James Franco set to produce The Killer Next Door.
It's no secret James Franco is a man of many talents. From primetime to film, to daytime as "General Hospital's" ex-Franco (2009 to 2012), to writer/producer, there's enough of him to go around. Those who have read Alex Marwood's mystery The Killer Next Door are in for a treat, as Franco and Ahna O'Reilly ("How I Met Your Mother"), along with producer Vince Jolivette, have joined forces to produce the movie based on the novel. The murder mystery centers around six neighbors, one of them a killer - a killer who will go to great lengths to keep his identity as the group is forced into an alliance.
Corbin Bernsen and Lorenzo Lamas join forces in Prayer Never Fails.
Two former CBS soap stars are taking part in the 2016 film "Prayer Never Fails." "The Bold and the Beautiful's" Lorenzo Lamas (ex-Hector Ramirez, 2004 to 2006) and "The Young and the Restless'" Corbin Bernsen (ex-Father Todd Williams, 2004 to 2014) will play Judge Rogers and Joseph T. Harrington, as a basketball coach (Nick Lashaway) is forced to hire an atheist lawyer to file a lawsuit against the high school that fired him for praying with one of his players. WCTV, a CBS affiliate, was on the set as the film shot scenes in Madison, Florida.
Jenna Dewan-Tatum lands Supergirl role.
Did you know that Jenna Dewan-Tatum, wife of super star Channing Tatum ("Magic Mike" films), had one of her first acting gigs on "The Young and the Restless?" She played Donna in 2004, a girl from Bobby Marsino's club. Throughout the years she's shown off her dancing skills in "Step Up" and played Freya Beauchamp in Lifetime's recently canceled supernatural series "Witches of East End." She's now the latest actress to be cast on CBS' "Supergirl" as Lucy Lane, the little sister of Lois Lane. The new series premieres on Monday October 26 at 8:30 PM.
Michael Corbett produces Hollywood Teen Medium.
Michael Corbett played one of "The Young and the Restless'" funniest, sexiest villains David Kimble (1986 to 1991). The actor tuned producer has had his latest project green-lighted by E!, which will air the upcoming new series "Hollywood Teen Medium." The eight hour-long episodes will follow Tyler Henry as he gives celebrity readings and shares how after his grandmother's death his sudden visions turned out to be true, which led him down this path of providing others with comfort. Stay tuned for its premiere date. Corbett also had roles on "Search for Tomorrow (ex-Warren Carter, 1984), "Ryan's Hope" (ex-Michael Pavel Jr, 1979 to 1981) and "One Life to Live (ex-Brent Cameron, 1985).

Former actors of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “Days of our Lives,” “General Hospital” and “The Young and the Restless” have been busy these days. Some have new roles, others are producing, one returns to a popular show and more.
Molly McCook takes the stage in The Unauthorized O.C. Musical.
Molly McCook made her daytime debut in 2010 on “The Bold and the Beautiful” as Margot, a teen who attended Hope’s pool party at the mansion. She’s also the daughter of one of the show’s original members John McCook (Eric Forrester) and will appear in a one-night only production of “The Unauthorized O.C. Musical.” McCook will play Marissa Cooper, played by Mischa Barton from 2003 to 2007 when the series was canceled. The special event will take place on Sunday August 30 and fans can call The Federal Bar at 5303 Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood, California at 1-818-980-2555 for ticket information.
