Coming up in primetime television.

Soaps.com has some season premiere and finale dates for the week of August 4, as well as episode teasers, two CW series pulled from the lineup, news from Comic-Con, casting and more in our latest Primetime Dish column…

Arrow:
On Monday August 4 at 9:00 PM the CW will air a repeat of its March 5 episode titled “The Promise.” Then on Tuesday August 5 at 8:00 PM a repeat of the show’s March 19 episode “Suicide Squad” will air.

Backpackers:
Canceled. The CW has announced that its pulling the new series from its lineup immediately, due to low ratings.

Bones:
Season premiere! The FOX series returns with an all-new season on Thursday September 25.

Game Of Thrones:
New characters! HBO released details surrounding new characters to come for season five during the San Diego Comic-Con last week. Watch the video below to find out who will be playing who!

Mistresses:
In ABC’s Monday August 4 10:01 PM episode titled “Coming Clean,” April’s past comes back to haunt her in light of a shocking phone call. Savi makes an effort to reach out to her estranged father. Karen pushes Anna to come clean, and Dom receives news from Toni.

New Girl:
Mrs. Justin Timberlake, film actress Jessica Biel, has landed a guest starring role on the FOX series to play a scientist named Kate. Look for her appearance during the season four premiere on Tuesday September 16.

Pretty Little Liars:

Resurrection:
Michelle Fairley (“24: Live Another Day”) will join the cast of the ABC series for season two as Fred (Matt Craven) and Henry’s (Kurtwood Smith) dead mother Margaret Langston. Don’t miss the premiere at 9:00 PM on Sunday September 28.

Seed:
Canceled. Again, due to low ratings the CW has pulled its other freshman comedy from its lineup immediately.

Sleepy Hollow:
Premiere! After a successful first year, FOX will bring back its hit series with season two on Monday September 22.

Sons Of Anarchy:
It looks as though we’ll be seeing “Glee’s” Lea Michele sometime during the FX series’ seventh and final season, as the actress tweeted:
