Up close with the actors.

Soaps.com’s April interviews had one Salem actress talking about working without her character’s other half and a few Llanview actors giving us a set tour and their thoughts on the April 29 reboot.

Hollie Deese caught up with the “Days of our Lives” actress who plays Hope Brady to chat about Bo (Peter Reckell), her character’s romantic future and more. In our Interview with Kristian Alfonso when asked if it would be believable for Hope to move on with someone else the actress stated, “It is absolutely believable. Why would it not be? Hope could definitely move on without Bo romantically. But it would have to take something big. Because Hope is incredibly loyal, has never betrayed Bo except once when she thought he had slept with Billie. So absolutely.”

Justine Browning traveled to Stamford, Connecticut for Soaps.com’s One Life To Live Set Visit and talked to various actors about the reboot, their characters and got a firsthand look at the sets! When asked if the reboot would be different from the original series Robert S. Woods (Bo Buchanan) shared, “It’s not Playboy TV or anything. It’s still tasteful. It’s not for shock value. It’s current.” Shenaz Treasury (Rama Patel) chimed in with some hopes for her character. “Rama was engaged when she was six and she’s only been with one man her whole life and she’s a little bored. Then she came to Llanview, the land of the hottest men in the world, and now she has a roaming eye. She has a husband that’s wrapped around her finger. He’s very sweet and very nice and she loves him but she’s kind of thirsty for some Fifty Shades of Grey.”
