Nikita:
The CW is back with a new season, and on Friday October 19 at 9:00 PM Ryan and Nikita are assigned their first mission under the new regime - to bring in "The Dirty Thirty." Michael is arrested. Alex's alter ego, the spoiled Russian princess Alexandra Udinov, returns, and Birkhoff struggles to maintain a working relationship with Sonya.
Nurse Jackie:
There's about to be a new doctor in town during season five! Morris Chestnut ("American Horror Story") has landed the role of Ike Prentiss, a former Army medic. The series returns to Showtime in 2013.
Pretty Little Liars:

Supernatural:
In Wednesday's October 17 9:00 PM CW episode titled "Heartache" Dean and Sam investigate a string of unusual murders. Things become more complicated - even after the killer is captured.
The Mindy Project:
FOX has already picked up its new series for a full twenty-two episode season. Tune in Tuesdays at 9:30 PM.

90210:
Indie rockers Tegan and Sara will perform in early December during a holiday-themed episode. Until then in the CW October 15 episode titled “The Sea Change” the honeymoon will have to wait… Monday Episode Teasers: Naomi and Max’s honeymoon is delayed due to a public relations problem, where a high-class reception is in order. Adrianna discovers that her one-night stand from Vegas is partnering with Liam and Navid. Riley warns Annie to stop babying Dixon. Vanessa blackmails Liam, and a shocking accident occurs.
Arrow:
In Wednesday’s October 17 8:00 PM CW series episode titled “Honor Thy Father” Oliver is pleasantly surprised to run into Laurel. The Triad sends China White (Hu) after Laurel, and Oliver is asked to take over the company.
Beauty And The Beast:
In the October 18 CW 9:00 PM episode titled “Proceed with Caution” Vincent thinks Victoria is hiding information about the dancer’s murder, and it is revealed that the dancer tried to file a police report for an assault. Tess begins to date again and realizes she’s involved with a married man, and Heather moves out over issues regarding her mother’s death.
Boardwalk Empire:
In HBO’s Sunday October 21, 9:00 PM episode titled “Ging Gang Goolie” Nucky entertains an intriguing proposition. Margaret tries dealing with Teddy’s demons. Gillian finds a surrogate for Jimmy, and Richard connects with Paul Sagorsky and his daughter Julia.
Body Of Proof:
Richard Burgi (“Desperate Housewives”) will join the ABC series, which returns in early 2013, as Assistant District Attorney Dan Russell. During season three Burgi’s recurring character will share scenes with Kate Murphy (Jeri Ryan) especially.
Castle:
One of the actors who used to play “One Life To Live’s” Joey Buchanan will join Nathan Fillion, who also played Joey, in the ABC series. Get details about Chris McKenna’s Castle role and tune in Mondays at 10:00 PM.
CSI:
Brian Van Holt (“Cougar Town”) has been cast to appear in a guest-starring role as Julie Finlay’s (Elisabeth Shue) ex-husband. The CBS series airs Wednesdays at 10:00 PM.
Dallas:
Former “One Life To Live” actress (ex-Karen Wolek) Judith Light has been cast on Dallas, which premieres on January 28, 2013. Find out how long she’ll stick around! Did you miss any of season one’s episodes? Catch up through Soaps.com’s Dallas recaps.
Dexter:
Former “Guiding Light” actress Lauren Mayhew (ex-Marah) will appear in a guest role on the Showtime hit on Sunday October 14. She’ll play a Snakepit bartender named Melanie. Tune in at 9:00 PM.
Emily Owens, M.D:
Series premiere! On Tuesday October 16 at 9:00 PM the CW will premiere its new series, which surrounds recent medical school graduate Emily Owens (Meryl Streep’s daughter Mamie Gummer), a first-year surgical intern, who quickly realizes that a hospital is a lot like high school. Hart Of Dixie:
In the CW October 16 episode titled “If It Makes You Happy” Laura Bell Bundy (“Guiding Light’s” ex-Marah Shayne Lewis) guest stars! Tuesday Episode Teasers: Zoe is upset her fellow classmates listed her accomplishments as ‘retired’ in their Alumni magazine, and George tells Lemon he’s going on a date.
Hunted:
In Friday’s October 19 10:00 PM Cinemax episode titled “Mort” Sam Hunter is critically injured and disappears to a remote location to recover, regroup and retrain. A year later, her co-workers are suspicious when Sam returns to work unannounced. However, they need her for a very important assignment

Due to low ratings during its freshman run, CBS has cancelled the series and has removed it from its Friday night schedule.
