Soaps.com has plenty of Primetime scoops for our readers to look forward to during the week of June 18 and beyond. In our latest Primetime Dish column you’ll find episode teasers, casting scoops, and character storylines that could expose some major secrets.

Baby Daddy: ABC Family’s new comedy, which premieres Wednesday June 20 at 8:30 PM, has cast Greg Grunberg (“The Client List”). The actor will appear sometime in August and took to Twitter to state, “Shooting fun episode of @abcfBabyDaddy. Awesome Cast & Crew. I’m lucky to have @Followtheblonde and @rfieldma as my fake TV wives!”

Body Of Proof: Nicholas Bishop and Sonja Sohn have been let go from the ABC series as Peter Dunlop and Sam Baker, and therefore will not return for season three.

Californication: Fans of ABC’s “Lost” will recognize two of the show’s popular characters, Shannon Rutherford and Hugo ‘Hurley’ Reyes, when they reunite on the Showtime series. Maggie Grace (“The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn”) will appear as Faith, opposite Jorge Garcia (“Alcatraz”) as someone from Faith’s past, during a season six episode sometime in 2013.

Dallas: Soaps.com now covers “Dallas!” In case you missed last night’s two hour series premiere read our Dallas Recap: Changing Of The Guard and Dallas Recap: Hedging Your Bets.

Dexter: The Showtime series has cast Yvonne Strahovski (“Chuck”) as Hannah McKay for a multi-episode arc for its upcoming season seven. Strahovski’s character will attempt to put her past where it belongs, in the past, as she helps solve a few old Miami homicide cases.

Do No Harm: NBC’s new series has just cast John Carroll Lynch (“Crazy, Stupid, Love”). Though he had a guest appearance in the pilot, Lynch will now appear as a series regular after ABC’s “Body Of Proof” did not pick up his option for season three.

Emily Owens, M.D: Check out the trailer for the CW’s new series, which will air Tuesdays this fall. Former “Passions” star Justin Hartley (ex-Fox) appeared in the pilot as Will Rider.

Last Man Standing: Due to creative differences, Alexandra Krosney has been let go as Kristin Baxter. Look for the role to be recast when the ABC series returns next season to Fridays at 8:00 PM.
