Agnes Nixon Donates All My Children And One Life To Live Scripts To Penn
A gift to keep the shows alive.
“All My Children” and “One Life To Live” creator Agnes Nixon has donated all of the shows’ scripts to Penn. Penn’s Annenberg School for Communication (ASC) is currently preserving every single script from both shows, as well as scripts from “Loving.”
Agnes, who resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, had turned over earlier scripts to the institution in the 80s, as well as during the last couple of years, as a way to preserve history. In their new home, the scripts will become important artifacts for those students studying broadcast history. “We’re ending them but we aren’t ending them, if you know what I mean,” Anges told Penn Current.
Soaps.com wants to thank Agnes for all of the years she dedicated to Pine Valley, Llanview and soap opera fans alike.
