Great news for Passions’ Tracey Ross! She’s been nominated for the best actress in Daytime Drama award in the NAACP Image Awards. The talented actress, who has been portraying the always conflicted Dr. Eve Russell since the beginning, will be competing with a stellar set of actresses across the soap world. This is her eighth nomination. This year we’ve seen Eve’s world torn apart yet again, losing Chad as a biological son, but reganing him as a son-in-law; losing her mad sister Liz and returning to her husband TC after his life altering stroke. Throughout all of it, she’s retained a remarkable equilibrium and grace. The ceremony will air on March 2nd at 8 pm on Fox. Congratulations and best of luck!
