Former Daytime stars join cast:
Paolo Seganti (“As The World Turns'” ex-Damian), Marnie Schulenberg (“ATWT’s” ex-Alison) and Ron Raines (“Guiding Light’s” ex-Alan) have all been cast as new characters. Read our OLTL Comings and Goings to find out who they’ll play and when to expect them in Llanview.

Jessica Klein and Marin Gazzaniga as co-head writers:
Already, Prospect Park has made a change and appointed Jessica Klein and Marin Gazzaniga as the new OLTL co-head writers. Klein wrote for “As The World Turns” from 1984 to 1985 and for “Capital” from 1986 to 1987. Gazzaniga also wrote for the now defunct Oakdale soap.

Wendy Moniz in Betrayal:
Wendy Moniz, who played Mayor Finn in 2011, is currently filming the made for television movie “Betrayal.” She’ll appear as Elaine McAllister as the story centers around an unhappily married female photographer who starts an affair with a powerful family’s lawyer. Hannah Ware (“Boss”) and Stuart Townsend (“XIII: The Series”) star.

Melissa Fumero and Saundra Santiago’s film at the Los Angeles Film Festival:
Melissa Fumero (ex-Adriana Cramer) and Saundra Santiago’s (ex-Carlotta Vega) film “The House That Jack Built” will be featured at the 2013 Los Angeles Film Festival in June. Kamar de los Reyes’ second USO Tour:
Kamar de los Reyes (ex-Antonio Vega) just left for the Middle East on his second United Service Organizations/Armed Forces Entertainment Tour. Due to the popularity of the video game, “Call of Duty: Black Ops II,” which he stars in as Raul Menendez, the actor will take a week to meet with servicemen and women and host gaming sessions amongst them.
