Ex-OLTL’s Tonye Patano In The David Dance

New film role.
Fans will recognize “One Life To Live’s” Tonye Patano as the strong-minded mother (ex-Phylicia Evans) of Llanview’s Destiny Evans (Shenell Edmonds). The actress is currently involved in a new film titled “The David Dance” as Mrs. P.
Based in Buffalo, New York the story surrounds a gay radio host named David, who’s faced with a big decision when his sister asks him to be a father figure to her soon to be adopted Brazilian child. Don Scime writes, directs, produces and stars in the film alongside Jordan Baker (“I Just Want My Pants Back”) and Antoinette LaVecchia, who has appeared as a nurse on both “Guiding Light” and “One Life To Live.”
Patano has held longtime roles on “Weeds” as Heylia James, as well as on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” as Judge Maskin.
Remember Llanview’s Oliver Fish? Tune in for Scott Evans on White Collar.
