Weekend appearance.

The actor who played “One Life To Live” bad boy Eddie Ford will be making a celebrity guest appearance next weekend. From Friday June 15 through Sunday June 17, John Wesley Shipp can be seen at Contamination 2012, St. Louis’ only pop-culture, horror and sci-fi convention.

Shipp is often found at these events, as well as various Comic Con events, due to his role in the 1990 series “The Flash” as Barry Allen/The Flash. Please visit Contamination 2012 for a full list of celebrity guests, as well as ticket information.

Prior to his Llanview role, Shipp appeared on “Guiding Light” as Kelly Nelson from 1980 to 1984, “As The World Turns” as Doug Cummings from 1985 to 1986, “Santa Barbara” as Martin Ellis in 1987, “All My Children” as Carter Jones in 1992 and is most recognized from the series “Dawson’s Creek” as Mitch Leery.
