R. Brandon Johnson Returns Again!
Brandon as Chuck (Soaps.com)
Updated on April 11, 2008:
We have great news for all of you fans who loved seeing R. Brandon Johnson in his role of Chuck last November 2007. Although the character has been stuck in Texas after having Asa’s ranch willed to him, we’re about to see him hit the canvas one more time! In the beginning of May 2008, Chuck will appear in scenes with lovers-at-crossroads, Jared (John Brotherton) and Natalie (Melissa Archer)! Though we can’t be sure what will bring him back, at least we’ll get another glimpse of Cowboy Chuck during this time!
Previously Reported on November 7, 2007:
As the Buchanan’s arrived at the ranch in Texas this week for the long anticipated reading of Asa’s will, One Life to Live fans were presented with a bit of eye candy when the guests reached their destination!
At the sight of Chuck Wilson, the grandson of Asa’s longtime right-hand man, were you one of those who asked yourself, “Where have I seen that hottie before?” Well, here’s a fun fact for you… R. Brandon Johnson (Chuck) actually appeared on the show before!
Back in 2003, Brandon originated the role of Michael McBain – now played by Nathaniel Martson – before Michael’s body was taken over by the soul of Al Holden (also played by Nathaniel Martson)! For those who don’t remember the storyline, feel free to take a walk back in time by reading Michael McBain’s character profile under our Cast List section where you’ll find out firsthand how Michael McBain really came to be!
As for Brandon, although One Life to Live is his only daytime gig, he’s no stranger to the acting world! Appearing in shows such as "Hannah Montana," "CSI: Miami," "Frasier" and "Third Rock From The Sun," he’s also turned up on the big screen in films including "Malevolence," "Love Square" and most recently in the 2007 release "Get Out Way Out."
Though his return to Llanview will be a short-lived, Soaps.com wants to welcome Brandon back to show! Fans can expect his presence to be entertaining as he helps make The Buchanan’s return to Texas a memorable one!
