While rumors have been flying around the net since last May saying that Melissa Gallo would be leaving her role as Adriana Cramer on One Life to Live, the actress has now confirmed to Soaps.com the most recent ones to be true.
With her contract coming to an end in January 2008, Melissa will leave shortly afterward giving the show plenty of time to tie up some loose ends regarding her storyline. Although she’s expressed enjoying the time she’s spent on the set since taking over the role from Amanda Cortinas back in January 2004, Melissa is looking forward to opening herself up to all the opportunities available to her in the acting world and told Soaps.com…
“It is very bittersweet for me. The past four years have been amazing and life changing, I mean I did meet my future husband after all because of One Life!! Everyone at the show has been so good to me and I will miss them all dearly. And everyone is so suppportive of my decision to take the leap and see what happens. My only wish is to make everyone at One Life and all the fans very proud.” ~Lots – n – lots of love, Melissa Gallo
