In April 2006, Tobias appeared on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit before going on to join the cast of One Life to Live as the sly Vincent Jones.

Currently Tobias is working on the production for the film Blackout, due for theatrical release in 2007, starring Jeffrey Wright and Zoe Saldena.
