Steffy and Liam Hope and Finn

There’s no need for Sheila to plot getting Hope and Finn together. The writers already did that. We’re constantly seeing Steffy with Liam and Hope with Finn as if those were the married couples. It’s so obvious what comes next.

So true. I said this in another thread but Sheila isn’t even going to have to do much with the way Steam treats Hinn. They were so condescending today. They act like their parents not their significant others.

I know right the way steam carries on some times it is amazing! there is a thing called manners and in this case a hello maybe appropriate! there was no kids and no stalking involved because Shelia and Deacon where there first! yes of course i realize that Shelia may have pick that place because the Forresters and Logans go there but then again she did work there before she knew that!
Finn was the only innocence in that room but Hope, no she did not believe it but Liam shut her down just like that! always good to know how the one you love real thinks of you!

All we see is Hope with Finn and Steffy with Liam. WTH? Hope used to be jealous if Liam spent so much time with Steffy, Now when someone asks where Liam is she just says he’s with Steffy and Beth. Finn is always around Hope and taking her out to lunch. I guess it’s only a matter of time before these are the new couples.

I’m over the trio, not interested at all. It’s funny how hope is supposed to be the heroine when she’s the one that constantly needs rescuing. I’m over the storylines of hope interfering in everyone’s lives but others are being unfair to her when they return the favor. Hope is always sticking her nose and opinions in both of ridge’s children’s business then wants to claim victimhood, will never buy it. Hope wouldn’t allow steffy and Liam to work on their marriage now she’s doing the same with Finn, she wouldn’t allow Thomas and Douglas the chance to grieve about Caroline, she’s just a selfish busybody that manages to make everything her business and then manipulate events to get what she wants.

This all day, everyday! You nailed it!

Bell does not know the basics of writing and therefore can’t write Hope likable at all. I am sure he was shocked to see how many viewers fell in love with Steffy. I think it was his intent to write her as an unlikable character, but his writing only made many of us love her more and root for her.

Hope is so boring and unremarkable. Totally unrelatable. No depth. No layers. Just some basic chick, squatting in her mother’s tool shed.

IMO, Steam should just turn Hinn right on over to their crazy parents. But, only Hinn. The children should be kept well away from Sheila. I don’t think that Deacon is nearly as bad as Sheila; but, if Hope is happy turning Beth over to Deacon while he is attached to Sheila, I can’t blame Liam for any objections he may have to Hope’s doing that.

Great plan. Let Hope and Finn have relationships with Deacon and Sheila and wait awhile before introducing the kids into the picture. Great compromise.
At least Deacon had a relationship with Hope when she was younger. Sheila didn’t give a flying fig about Finn until he married a Forrester.
Maybe Brooke should send Deacon a text to discuss it. I’m sure Ridge wouldn’t mind.

I think there is a level of compromise here. Deacon is not a threat to Hope’s kids. Liam is just being chicken little and Steffy is playing into his fears so it solidifies her stance on Sheila. Hinn seeing their parents alone does not put the kids in danger. I think Steam are being dramatic.

Finn seeing Sheila alone will lead to manipulation by Sheila to see Hayes. Sheila won’t be content with just seeing Finn alone at all. She’s said so repeatedly and will use Finn to get to Hayes. That does put the child in danger.

Sorry, but, as long as Daddy Deacon is attached to Sheila, anything can happen. That’s what makes Deacon a threat. Deacon can’t control Sheila’s actions any more than anyone else can. IMO, Deacon had a better chance of eventually having a fruitful relationship with Hope before he got tangled up with ridiculous Sheila.

I don’t think that Steam are being overly dramatic where Sheila and Sheila and Deacon combined are concerned; but, they definitely need to realize that they are dealing with two adults and, at the very least, keep their mouths shut on whether or not their spouses latch onto their toxic parents and the scam their toxic parents have put into play.

The only way Hope… and especially Finn… are going to believe that Deacon and Sheila aren’t brand spanking new people is to allow them to experience the new and improved “in love with one another” Deacon and Sheila. Liam and Steffy are only responsible for raising Kelly, Hayes, Douglas, and Beth. They are not responsible for re-raising Hope and Finn who are both supposed to be level-headed adults.

If Sheila is a deal-breaker for Steffy, Steffy needs to do the same thing she did with Wyatt… cut Finn loose and focus solely on raising their child together.

She’s not content now. Finn isn’t very smart but I doubt he would put the baby in her arms again.

You may be right about this, Lynn1216; but, to be honest, I haven’t had much faith in Finn since he put Hayes in jeopardy (by handing him over to Sheila) the first time around.

I think Liam is remembering how Deacon interfered with his Italy wedding, not placing the blame where it truly lies with his father and his own waffling self.

I am so sick of Sheila.

Of course Sheila’s not content now. That’s exactly why Finn seeing Sheila alone would endanger the baby, because Sheila will lie, con and manipulate and basically do anything she can to get access through Finn to Hayes.

The difference between Steffy giving up on her marriage to Wyatt and her relationship with Finn is that there is a child invovled this time. Sure Steffy could kick Finn to the curb but she can´t deny him his rights as a father. Steffy is better off staying with Finn because then she may possibly have some control to keep Shelia away from Hayes. Steffy would have to convince Finn to give her sole custody of Hayes and I somehow don´t see that happening.

@Lynn1216 You have more faith in Finn than I do. If Finn starts to see Shelia on his own it will not be long before Shelia has convinced Finn that she is indeed a changed person and then she will be telling him that she should be allowed to see Hayes. Shelia will find out when Finn is taking the children to the park and will just show up. Shelia would be perfectly capable of pursuading Finn to allow her to watch over Finn while he looks after Kelly.

I’m pretty much over Finn at this point. We were promised a new man for Steffy and instead she got another weak, spineless, man child. Over it.

Ditto! And, I am just coming back from a nice long break from the show. It took exactly one episode for me to return to feeling sick to my back teeth of Sheila. And, whining Finn.

And, I don’t get Hope’s about face. When she and Steffy were on that plane heading out for a business trip, Steffy asked Hope if she (Hope) felt she was over-reacting in her reaction to Sheila. Hope basically responded, “Absolutely not.” Of course, after that, Steffy found Hayes wrapped in Sheila’s clutches thanks to Finn’s betrayal.

Now, we have Hope carrying on about how it’s not fair that “we” (as in she and Finn) don’t get to give our parents a chance. So where was all that concern about giving supposedly reformed parents a chance when Hope was demanding that Steffy and Taylor be separated in order to Beth and Kelly to grow up as sisters?

I mean, really. It’s like Steam is married to a couple of grade-school kids who don’t get the concept of avoiding placing their children in the middle of a lot of murderous drama.
