I would be interested. I would especially love to see the soaps that are no longer on the air. I personally think it would be a hit too.

I would love to see that but it would be kinda of hard considering most tapes are either destroyed or lost might be hard. I would love to see the Marlena possessed storyline without the missing stuff!!!

Years ago they had the soap operas on the radio you could listen to if you couldn’t watch. Yes, I am somewhat giving my age but— I did listen occasionally due to working but I could dig that again. I could listen while I work, shop or vaca!
I think the FCC shut it down due to something but it was nice while it lasted.

This would be awesome! I’d love to see As the World Turns and Guiding Light. When it went off the air I was so crushed I didn’t think I’d ever get over it. If there was a way to watch them now I would be the first to sign up!

I watched Passions, Sunset Beach Santa Barbara and Another World. Another World i even watched reruns years later on Soapnet.

The Doctors is shown on an streaming network Retro TV. I don’t know what it costs but I have been tempted to check it out. TBH the only thing holding me back is my growing desire to pick up EastEnders again.

I hope one will be shown could be “Ryan’s Hope”, from it’s first episode on July 7, 1975 to it’s finale on January 13, 1989.

I would like all the soaps from start to finish. I would love to see the soaps my Grandmother wouldn’t let us see because she was a strict CBS only soaps fan. Yes, some have deteriorated over time. Hey could do what classic Doctor Who has done and put animated bits in the parts that have deteriorated because they still had the scripts. I know that would seem weird to have animation in a soap opera but I think we would appreciated having the missing parts put back.

The rerun episodes of Ryan’s Hope from 1985 to 1989, should have been airing on Soapnet in the early 2000s.
