All the flash backs are for a reason. I know she wasn’t around then but they can easily make up something.

Actually, she was around then. In fact, Ridge suggested that she get rid of Bill, since that’s what she was good at (or words to that effect), though I doubt he expected her to take that suggestions seriously. He was being sarcastic. Of course, that doesn’t mean that Sheila might not have taken him seriously. The question is, would she have done it thinking it would somehow endear her to the Forrester family? She was after Eric at that point, even if he was married to Quinn.

Yep - I think you are right! I thought so way back when he was shot, I am even more convinced now. They will take that tiny, seemingly insignificant scene between Sheila and Ridge and use it to flip this story upside down. It may unfold at an agonizingly slow turtle pace, probably a year (!), but I think it will come full circle.

So do I. And, Sheila was around then. In fact, Ridge actually suggested to Sheila that she make herself useful by ridding the Forrester family of Bill’s existence.
I would rather it was Liam and Sheila saw it, but I am not sure deputy chief baker would believe her though…

That would give SC’s Liam some good drama to work with for a while. And, it is not like Liam would be going anywhere anyway… Bill would protect him and it would explain Bill’s weirdness with Sheila and eventually relieve the burden on Taylor’s mind up somewhat.
I think Sheila did it and everyone keeps saying it was Taylor all the time so now Taylor has it in her head that she did and can’t remember it so she goes along with everyone else’s theory of what happened.

If it was Sheila who shot Bill, the blackmail scheme would work for her either way. If Sinn kept their mouths shut because of Taylor (and Li, to a lesser extent) then Sheila stays free. If Taylor confesses, Bill just buys another judge, and Sheila still stays free (or I can see Sheila thinking that would happen). But she also is cleared of any possibility of being found out as the one who did shoot Bill because Taylor confessed to it.

Liam shot Bill. There is a reason he keeps talking about it. It may come up when Lope sues for custody of Douglas.

I wish this was the case and if I was writing, this is what would happen. Not just that, what judge would grant custody to Liam ? Not only the leaving the scene thing, but how about the sit in with Sally that put so many people lives in danger. We are supposed to forget Liam blackmailed his father to support his victim fantasy of his wanted to be mistress. Liam is way worst than Thomas, Liam intentionally hurt people to get what he wants. I can’t stand him and I don’t care how many times Douglas declares him father of the year, I will hate Liam.

Liam is now and always was the biggest piece of crud going…,I think even more so than ridgidiot, and I hate him so very much, but Liam more…
Liam needs to be called out for all his misdeeds…every one of them…

Couldn’t agree with you more, I hate Liam too. I hope it is Liam who shot Bill and Taylor had nothing to do with it.

It’s time for Liam to pay for all of his bad deeds. Bell shelters Liam, just like he does Hope. The only ones who pay on the show are Deacon and Thomas and wonder/waffle boy gets a pass every time. His bottom should be in jail.
