Guiding Light‘s Lawrence Saint-Victor (Remy Boudreau) will be appearing live and in person when he hits the stages of New York next month. Following on the trail of his recent venture into film, Saint-Victor will continue to stretch his acting muscles as he explores the darker and more humorous sides of character psychology. He is currently preparing for the role of Maurice Avery in the play A Loss of Shadows.

This new work, written by Tim Spears and Jack Walker-Pearson, tells the story of two brothers searching for inner peace. Gene is a neurotic writer who hasn’t left the apartment in over a year and shields himself from the world by burying himself in his work. His older brother, Jack, avoids his own problems by hurtling through life partying without any sense of restraint. Their insulated lives start to collapse as the shadows of their past begin to become too much to take.

Saint-Victor is no stranger to the stage. Last year he toured the festival circuit in an award-winning production called, Black Man Rising. You can catch him this time around beginning on September the 5th. The production will run to the 27th at the TADA! Theater located at 15 West 28th Street, 2nd Floor New York, NY. Tickets are $20 with student and senior tickets selling for $15.
