Franco heads to the locker room to shower after being pelted with paint by a patient. He and Felix banter about his loofah handling abilities. Brad pops up. He and Felix are awkward and Brad runs off. Franco wonders what that was all about. He starts to quiz him and warns him not to mess Lucas around. Felix explains the situation. "A three-way?" Franco asks, offering him a high-five. He recalls his threesomes until Felix makes him stop. The artist encourages him to step out of his comfort zone with some 'bangable bachelors'. The nurse doesn't think so. He's old fashioned. Meanwhile, Nikolas finds Britt at the nurses' station. She asks him to lunch in the cafeteria but he has plans. Liz pops up. The prince asks the doctor to join them at Kelly's but she turns that down. After they leave, Britt joins Brad to complain about how 'three is a crowd'. "Not necessarily," Brad says. He explains his situation and wonders if a threesome is his 'way in' to get Lucas back. Britt advises him to go for it. He encourages her to keep fighting for Nik.

Outside Kelly's, Olivia calls Lulu to congratulate her on her therapy plans. She's thrilled until Sonny shows up. He claims he's happy she's happy with Ned. "He's a good enough guy," he says with a shrug. Liv admits she's been lying and still cares about the mobster but they want different things. It's time for them to move on. She hopes they can be friends some day and encourages him to find someone who will get him. Inside, Liz and Nikolas discuss Spencer's antics. She points out how Britt was by his side the whole time. He admits things have been thawing between them. The prince ponders what could have been with either the doctor or the nurse. Britt shows up. "Let's make this a threesome," she says.

Carly naps on her couch and remembers Sonny kissing her. She wakes up when Lucas walks in and accuses her of having a naughty dream. She claims innocence but he pushes so she changes the topic to him and his two men. "You can't have them both," she says. He's not so sure and tells her his plans for a three-way. She's shocked. He's not ready to settle down and wants the best of both worlds. She thinks that's cool but tells him not to do it in her house. When she's left alone, she thinks of Sonny. Franco sends her a text, insisting that there's no one else for him.

Lucas shows up at the hospital and runs into Brad and Felix by the elevators. He wants to make a date with both of them.

In the ballroom, Maxie and Levi exchange their vows while Dante discovers Nathan bound and gagged in the dressing room. Dante ungags him and the cop explains what happened. He hands Nathan his gun. Back in the ballroom, Maxie blanks during the vows. Mac crosses his fingers and feels optimistic. Maxie looks around the room and is telepathically reminded that this is a bad idea. She wants to back out. The Immigration agent warns that means Dunkleman could go to jail. Levi takes Maxie aside and begs her. She gives in. The ceremony resumes, but before they can be pronounced husband and wife, Nathan storms in and places Levi under arrest. The cop explains and tells Maxie to step away. Levi drops his accent, pulls out his gun and pulls Maxie close. As bickering erupts, Dante creeps around the corner. Levi threatens to kill Maxie if Felicia doesn't hand him the earrings. Dante rushes in. The Immigration agent grabs Lulu and threatens to shoot her.
